1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
2. Domestic Shipping Only
Due to varying international regulations surrounding hemp-derived CBD, we currently ship only within the United States.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows "Delivered," Progressive Nature is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
4. Refund & Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Products must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened topical or ingestible products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the product and packaging
- We will evaluate and may offer replacement or refund at our discretion
Refund Process
Once approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours
5. CBD Compliance Notice
All Progressive Nature CBD products:
- Contain hemp-derived CBD with less than 0.3% THC
- Are third-party lab tested
- Are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill
We make no guarantees regarding local or state-specific CBD laws. Customers are responsible for understanding regulations in their jurisdiction before ordering.

- Opened ingestible products
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order.
8. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Progressive Nature directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
