Due to varying international regulations surrounding hemp-derived CBD, we currently ship only within the United States.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened topical or ingestible products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Yes. All our CBD is derived from federally legal hemp and contains no more than 0.3% THC, in compliance with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill. All products are third-party tested for potency and purity.
No. Progressive Nature does not sell your personal information. We only share data with trusted third parties (payment processors, shipping carriers, etc.) as necessary to fulfill your order.
Once a return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
