Progressive Nature's balms and rollerballs use emu oil as a carrier because it mirrors the skin's own lipid structure, which helps the CBD absorb efficiently and travel deeper than typical surface-level topicals — without irritation, burning, or greasy residue.

Both use the same 1600mg CBD transdermal formula in a 60ml size — the Balm is a jar you rub in by hand, best for larger areas, while the Rollerball is a roll-on applicator with menthol for quick, mess-free, pinpoint application on joints and tired muscles.

Yes. All Progressive Nature CBD is derived from federally legal hemp and contains no more than 0.3% THC, in compliance with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill.

Orders & Shipping

Due to varying international regulations surrounding hemp-derived CBD, we currently ship only within the United States.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Yes — orders over $100 ship free within the United States.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Returns & Refunds

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened topical or ingestible products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Once a return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
